5-year financial responsibility
5-year clean civil/business history
7-year criminal history-felony free*
Verifiable business references
Agreement with
Ethics, Code of Conduct, Standards
* National Affiliates and Affiliated Vendors are not required to be SIRs Certified
* SIRS reserves the right to refuse applicants based on any
criminal information discovered during the background investigation

Membership
Membership is available only to local or regional field service
provider who is SIRs Certified for inspections, property preservation, or
mortgage field services. SIRs raises the bar for those offering services to
lenders, insurance companies, government, government prime contractors or
others. Membership can include benefits, voting privilege, advertisements for
their company, and access to the Members Only website. Annual dues
are as low as $75.00.

National Affiliate Program
National Affiliation is available to nationwide providers who promote higher standards within the field servicing industry. A special service has been developed to assist office staff with field terminology to improve understanding and end client alerting to important issues needing addressed. National Affiliates uphold the ethics and standards of S.I.R.s. National Affiliates receive limited benefits. Annual dues $300 1st individual $50 each additional. All affiliates receive member access and
field guide manuals.
